    i wish could share with you the lemons on my tree here in new zealand. i adore lemon in my soup! it looked glorious victoria! the key to all good soups, a wonderful stock! yummmm

    Thank you so much. Israel is one of the largest exporters of citrus fruits in the world so I used to use a lot of lemons, limes and oranges and their zest in my cooking.

    I’ve never made …
    I’ve never made home made vegetable soup and will have to try this as I really like the ingredients you’ve used. Love the addition of lemon slices at the end. I often add vinegar to my soups but lemon juice is a nice twist – imagine that ;) xoxo!
