This is what I do …
This is what I do with my deer meat except I add celery, carrots, garlic, and Montreal steak seasoning with the onion and sweet potato. Any cut from the deer even the shoulders and hind quarters come out tender after 9 hours. Personal preference.

    I like green beans …
I like green beans more than broccoli, but really most green vegetables have around 25 to 30 calories a serving, so it really doesn’t matter because they are all so similar. Personal preference!

    I notice you like …
I notice you like pairing up broccoli with everything. Do you have a preference for broccoli over say green beans or is there something more there? Keep up the good work

    The reason I said …
The reason I said “larger pieces” is because when you cut something into “pieces,” I usually think of smaller, tiny-sized bits, so that’s what I meant.

    Thanks for clearing …
Thanks for clearing that up. I think people are disliking the video for that reason, which is somewhat frustrating, but oh well.

To everyone that does not know:
With a slow-cooker, the idea is to throw everything in it before you go to school, work, the gym, etc. and you come back to a meal…so really the only cooking you have to do is preparing it. The key is planning it out in advance; take 10 minutes in the morning to prepare it and you won’t have to cook when you come home.

    It’s called a slow …
It’s called a slow cooker or crock pot. You can put stuff in it and leave it for a long time to cook, so that it is ready when you get home from work or school. HELLLOOOO!!

Walmart also sells Stevia. I don’t know if you have a store called Kroger in your area, but they also sell it.
