This was my 1st shot making pulled pork in a crock pot (slow cooker).
2 small onions
spices to your liking
2 – 4 lbs pork shoulder
BBQ sauce – either home made or off the shelf
salt / pepper to taste

That looks … That looks delicious! I’ve tried a Costco boneless pork shoulder cooked in a CookShack elecrtric smoker oven using apple wood chunks. Soaking the pork in apple juice and onions for at least 24 hours before smoking adds complexity to the final flavors. Then I mix the pulled pork with my BBQ Sauce for Amateurs and voila! the best pulled pork sandwich in Silicon Valley. Hope you’ll take a look sometime. Thanks for a great video!
